Ms. McCoy is an experienced paralegal who has dedicated her collegiate and post-collegiate career to the legal field. Having graduated from Washington State University with a degree in political science pre-law, Ms. McCoy is well-versed in legal foundations and the structure of legal systems. She is currently working on getting her Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law (J.D Candidate 2026).
Prior to working at Tomlinson Bomsztyk Russ, Ms. McCoy started out as a legal assistant for a small business law firm in Portland, Oregon, where she chiefly worked with the principal attorney on a variety of trademark, intellectual property, and civil litigation cases. After moving to Seattle, Washington, Ms. McCoy took on a role as a legal assistant for a family law firm. Both positions gave her in-depth experience with multiple aspects of legal work, providing a strong foundation for her work at Tomlinson Bomsztyk Russ which includes managing complex business transactions, data and documents as well as litigation matters exceeding millions of dollars in dispute.
